Fulham are expected to make a move for Manchester United midfielder Fred in the coming weeks. United are open to selling Fred, and the player is also open to listening to offers.

The Brazilian realises that now may be the time in his career where regular playing time should be chased. Marco Silva is a big fan of Fred, and the interest has been there from Fulham for a number of weeks.

Fred is one of a number of Manchester United midfielders that could leave this summer.

Fulham To Bid For Fred:

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Fulham are expected to bid for Manchester United midfielder Fred in the coming weeks. United are open to selling Fred if a suitable offer comes in.

Marco Silva was seen speaking to Fred after the FA Cup game at Old Trafford, and the interest has been there since. Fulham have notified United of this.

United value Fred at around £20million and will be hoping to get around that fee from Fulham. Fulham are not thought to value Fred that high currently, so a compromise may be needed to make a deal happen.

Fred has picked new agents in anticipation for a move this summer. They are the same agents that represent Gabriel Jesus. Fulham however are not the only club interested in Fred.

This summer has seen a number of players go to the Saudi League, and Fred is of interest to some Saudi clubs. It may come down to whether Fulham can match any offer sent from a Saudi club.

Manchester United will look to sign a replacement if Fred leaves. Sofyan Amrabat is one of the players on the list of potential replacements. The Moroccan would cost around £25million.
