Manchester United have made contact over the possibility of signing Joao Felix this summer. United were interested in signing Felix last summer before he signed for Chelsea on loan.
The Portuguese forward is unhappy at Atletico Madrid and wants to leave the club this summer. A return to the Premier League is said to be the players priority in the summer transfer window.
A new report states that the players agent is looking for a return to England with many clubs interested. United have been named alongside Aston Villa and Newcastle as those who hold an interest.
Manchester United make contact over Joao Felix signing
According to a new report from ABC Espana, United have made contact over the possible signing of Felix this summer. The full report from the outlet states;
“Manchester United have made contact for Joao Felix. Joao Felix is “seduced” to continue in the Premier league. ‘All roads’ point towards another loan deal for Joao. Manchester United, Newcastle United and Aston Villa are all in the race.”
Felix would be a smart signing for United. Adding experience and depth to the striker position as well as having a versatile attacker with the ability to play as a 10 and off the right hand side.
