Leeds United Considering Move For Manchester United Defender

According to multiple reports, Leeds are considering a move for the out of favour defender. MailSport reporter Simon Jones says that the Championship club are considering a move for Williams.

It’s understood so far that Leeds would purchase the player on a permanent basis. Once again, this is a move that suits all parties.

Despite Leeds being a close rival to United, the clubs have done a lot of business over the years. Most recently, United sold Daniel James to Leeds a few summers ago.

That sale in particular being one of United’s biggest under the Glazer regime.
