Manchester United fans will have to wait a tiny bit longer to see the announcement of Rasmus Hojlund, but the good news is he’s passed his medical at the club. His VISA and contract issues stand between him and officially being a United player now.
Hojlund was late arriving into England which set the timeline of the announcement back but there are no major issues regarding the transfer happening.
United hope to have Hojlund registered in time to play one of the friendly games on Saturday or Sunday.
Hojlund Announcement After VISA & Contract Issues Solved:
As reported by Andy Mitten, Rasmus Hojlund will be announced by Manchester United after the small issues with his VISA and contract signing are ironed out.
Once the VISA is approved Hojlund can sign his contract and the deal will be official. Media duties are likely already done between the club and the player.
Hojlund could be announced on the pitch in a similar manner to Raphael Varane and Casemiro in the last two seasons. United will pay Atalanta £64million for the Dane.
United opted for Hojlund over the likes of Goncalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani. Erik ten Hag believes he has everything to become a perfect modern day striker.
No issues with Hojlund, just small issues between him becoming a United player.
