According to famous football journalist Fabrizio Romano, Erik Ten Hag rates Manchester United player Anthony Martial, while another star is set to stay.
The new season has started but the transfer window is not shut yet. That, of course, means that there are still several players in the squad whose future may be uncertain.
Martial is definitely one of them. He signed for the club in 2015 and while enjoying a couple of good seasons since, has also been criticised for his consistency.
Coupled with injury issues (Especially last season), it looked very possible that he might now leave the club.
However, Fabrizio Romano has said, via The United Stand, that the manager appreciates the French striker and thinks he can be useful for the team this season.
Jadon Sancho is one that has also faced criticism, as he has not yet reached the heights that he performed at with his previous club Borussia Dortmund.
Romano has said that the winger wants to stay this season and appreciates what the manager has done for him since he joined last year.
Neither player has been strongly linked with any move away this summer and they both look set to stay at the club for at least until the next transfer window.
