West Ham are now said to be preparing an offer for Manchester United striker Anthony Martial. David Moyes side admire the United man, and they are now hoping to try and bring him to the club this season.
The Hammer’s have been interested in a number of United players this summer so far, and almost had a deal done for Harry Maguire until it fell apart over personal terms.
Martial is the next player they are likely to try for, and there’s a feeling Manchester United will sell.
West Ham Want Martial:
As reported by Mirror Football, West Ham United are now preparing an offer for Manchester United striker Anthony Martial. There is a feeling he could leave the club this summer.
United are unlikely to be able to rely on Martial to start as much as they’d like this season. West Ham seem willing to take the risk even knowing his injury record, and an offer is likely to come in.
The expected fee United would look for is around £25million. The Red’s are hopeful of signing some more players in the closing weeks of the window, and the sale of Martial will help that.
Sofyan Amrabat remains a target for United but they need to sell to buy players due to FFP. A striker could be looked at if they sell enough players.
