Bayern Munich are considering selling Liverpool transfer target Ryan Gravenberch, according to The Athletic.
Gravenberch is open to leaving the Bundesliga champions this summer after seeing limited game time in his first season at the club, having joined Thomas Tuches’s side from Ajax last year.
The Netherlands U-21 international featured in 33 games and made two goal contributions last term with most of his appearances coming as a substitute.
He was left on the bench once again by Tuchel for Bayern’s 4-0 win over Werder Bremen last Friday.
It is believed that the German gaffer does not fancy using Gravenberch as his defensive midfielder with the former Chelsea manager preferring Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka or summer signing Konrad Laimer.
Tuchel is said to be ready to offload the 21-year-old and would use any proceeds for the signing of a specialist holding midfielder but Bayern are not in support of that.
A final decision is yet to be made but the Bavarian giants are leaning towards keeping Gravenberch in the hope that Tuchel will find a way to integrate him before the January window when the situation can be reassessed.
