Galatasaray are set to make a new bid for Manchester United midfielder Fred in the coming days. The Turkish side have been locked in talks to sign the midfielder for the past weeks.
Despite extensive talks between both clubs, a deal is not near completion. The Brazilian also has suitors in Saudi Arabia as well as Premier League club Fulham.
Galatasaray’s first bid for Fred was incredibly embarrassing and was rightfully rejected. Fred is open to leaving United just as United are open to selling the player.

United have now lowered their price tag for the midfielder. The Red Devils had previously wanted around £17million for the Brazilian.
However, it is now reported that United only want £12million to part ways with Fred. According to a new report from Simon Jones of the Mail, the side from Turkey are preparing a new bid.
“Galatasaray are expected to make an improved offer to Man United for Fred in the coming days.”
United are preparing to make a move for Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina when their sales have taken place. Fred and Donny Van De Beek could both leave Old Trafford imminently.
