Leeds United could sign a Manchester United defender this summer, according to reports. Leeds are currently reportedly considering a move for the player.
The recently relegated side are contemplating a move for a fringe United squad member. Brandon Williams is the name being mentioned in reports.
Leeds could make their move for the full back this summer. Williams has not been a regular member of the United matchday squad for a lengthy amount of time.
Leeds United Considering Move For Manchester United Defender
According to multiple reports, Leeds are considering a move for the out of favour defender. MailSport reporter Simon Jones says that the Championship club are considering a move for Williams.
It’s understood so far that Leeds would purchase the player on a permanent basis. Once again, this is a move that suits all parties.
Despite Leeds being a close rival to United, the clubs have done a lot of business over the years. Most recently, United sold Daniel James to Leeds a few summers ago.
That sale in particular being one of United’s biggest under the Glazer regime.
