Manchester United are in advanced talks to sign Ramsus Hojlund. United and Atalanta have been in talks for some time, this situation is now advancing, say reports.
Hojlund is now seen as Erik Ten Hag’s number one striker target this summer following other hiccups. While a deal for Harry Kane could be re visited, United are not currently prepared to enter a bidding process for the Tottenham man.
Whilst United have agreed on personal terms with Hojlund – a deal is far from completion. United must agree on a fee with Atalanta – the player is prepared to wait for United despite PSG interest.

United are now said to be in advanced talks to sign Hojlund this summer. A new report from TalkSport states that the clubs are in advanced negotiations and there is optimism that a deal can and will be done.
The report from the sports radio outlet said that United and the Italian club are in advanced talks over a deal for the player. There is still a gap in valuation between the clubs with Atalanta wanting their full package.
United want to pay under the full price that Atalanta want. The Red Devils are preparing to look to pay a fee they see viable for the player.
