Manchester United have named a 26-man squad to face Leeds United tomorrow in Oslo in their opening pre-season game. The game kicks off at 4pm BST tomorrow, and will be Manchester United’s first pre-season game of the campaign.

The squad named features a lot of youth and some familiar names from last season, as well as a big summer signing that has just came into the squad.

Erik ten Hag will be hoping for a strong start to pre-season.

United Squad To Face Leeds:

Goalkeepers: Tom Heaton, Nathan Bishop, Matej Kovar.

Defenders: Alvaro Fernandez, Rhys Bennett, Will Fish, Marc Jurado, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, Aaron Wan-Bisakka, Brandon Williams.

Midfielders: Toby Collyer, Fred, Dan Gore, Hannibal, Isak Hansen-Aaroen, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Maxi Oyedele, Charlie Savage.

Forwards: Amad, Noam Emeran, Omari Forson, Joe Hugill, Jadon Sancho, Shola Shoretire.

Mason Mount is named in his first official squad as a United player. Lisandro Martinez is also back following a metatarsal injury he suffered against Sevilla at the back end of last season. A huge boost for United.

The squad is mostly full of youth who will be eager to impress Erik ten Hag. Kobbie Mainoo is set for a breakout season this year. A lot of the focus will be on how he performs in the coming weeks.

A win against Leeds is always a goal for United no matter the occasion, and they’ll make no exceptions tomorrow.
