PSG are still weighing up a possible move for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford this summer. The English attacker recently had his best campaign for the Red Devils and is poised to sign a new contract amid interest such as this.

PSG have been monitoring Rashford for some time with reports dating back to last summer that noted their interest in the player. However, United are more than keen to hold on to one of their own who has become a star asset to the football club.

Details emerged just some weeks ago talking about a new deal for Rashford with reports stating that the signing of the new contract was imminent. However, that deal is yet to be signed as of the time of publishing – it seems more likely than not that Rashford will sign a new contract.

According to a report from German outlet BILD, PSG are still monitoring Rashford and would like to sign the player if Kylian Mbappe is to leave the French champions this summer. The report says;

“Braced for Mbappe’s departure, PSG are looking to sign either Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford or Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani this summer.”

Erik Ten Hag is keen to continue to working with Rashford and a sale of the player seems incredibly unlikely. PSG would have a war chest of cash if they were to sell Mbappe but even then, it would take a huge amount for United to part ways with their homegrown star.
