Rasmus Hojlund has completed his Manchester United medical. The Danish international is now set to sign his Manchester United contract on Wednesday.
Erik Ten Hag has finally landed his striker target for the summer transfer window. Hojlund had become the clubs priority striker signing following a failed move for Harry Kane.
Reports had named Victor Osimhen, Kane and Goncalo Ramos as possible targets. However, it has been settled that Hojlund fits the profile to become Ten Hag’s new man.
Hojlund Completes United Medical
Hojlund has completed his United medical as of Tuesday night ahead of his move to Old Trafford. The news was reported by Fabrizio Romano who also states the player will sign his contract on Wednesday.
“Understand Rasmus Højlund has just completed all medical tests and first part of media duties as Manchester United player. Højlund & his camp, leaving Carrington right now as contract will be signed on Wednesday.”
Hojlund could very well feature in one of United’s final pre season fixtures. The Red Devils will face both RC Lens and Athletic Bilbao this weekend.
