The deal that fell apart is now back on again. Al Nassr are now set to sign Alex Telles from Manchester United after it seemed they’d pulled out of the deal.
United will be happy the deal is back on as they look to make as much profit for FFP as they can. The Red’s are about to sell Anthony Elanga to Nottingham Forest for £15million, and the sale of Alex Telles is now likely to be higher than the original reported fee.
The deal is likely to go through in the next day or so.
Telles To Al Nassr Back On:
As reported by Samuel Luckhurst of MEN, Al Nassr are now closing in on the signing of Alex Telles from Manchester United for a fee of around £6million.
Telles is deemed surplus to requirements at United this season. The Brazilian spent last season on loan at Sevilla but they are not willing to take him on a permanent this summer.
All the European offers for Telles were for free transfers but United have now managed to get a fee. Al Nassr will pay £6million, which is more than the reported £4million fee before the deal looked in jeopardy.
Documents are likely to be sent over to United in the coming hours or days. The Red’s need to raise as much funds as they can, due to their pursuit of £60million rated Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.
Telles to Al Nassr is now close, and he could be followed by his United team-mate Eric Bailly.
