Chelsea are now actively working on trying to complete the signing of Moises Caicedo from Brighton. They are now in an active battle against Liverpool.
Liverpool have agreed a £110million deal for the player but Chelsea believe they can still make a deal happen. They are now expected to bid again to try and sway the balance of the deal.
Moises Caicedo has yet to agree personal terms with Liverpool.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are now trying to beat Liverpool to the signing of Moises Caicedo. They are not giving up.
The race is now on and Chelsea are prepared to fight until the very end. Liverpool have a club to club agreement but are yet to find an agreement on personal terms.
Chelsea will have to bid around £115-120million to sign Caicedo, who they have been working on for a number of months. Various reports are stating Chelsea feel confident of completing a deal.
Brighton will stand true to their agreement for now with Liverpool and there is still a strong chance the player ends up at the Red’s.
It’s up to Chelsea to swing the balance of the deal.
