Crystal Palace and Manchester United have now begun talks over goalkeeper Dean Henderson. Palace are looking to replace Vicente Guaita, and believe Henderson is the best candidate.
Henderson had seemed to be joining Nottingham Forest initially but that is now unlikely to happen. Forest are happy with Matt Turner, having only signed him from Arsenal.
United are open to selling Henderson, even on loan with an option to buy.
As reported by Adrian Kajumba, Crystal Palace and Manchester United have begun talks over Dean Henderson, United are open to the sale to raise funds.
United are desperate to get some new signings in, and have to sell to buy due to FFP. If they could sell Henderson on a permanent it may open the door for a new midfielder or striker
Tom Heaton at the moment will be United’s second keeper if Henderson leaves, but a loan for another keeper has not been ruled out as of yet.
Both clubs have just begun talks so any deal is at an early stage. No offer has been made as of yet and a loan with option to buy has not been ruled out.
