Donny Van De Beek’s time at Manchester United has always been waiting to take off, but it could now be coming to an end.
It feels like the right time for both parties. United are focusing on a mass clear out before the end of the window, with Van De Beek one of those expected to leave the club in the coming weeks.
United are hoping to sign Sofyan Amrabat after Van De Beek and Fred leave. Fiorentina are looking for £20million for Amrabat.
Van De Beek Could Leave On A Permanent Deal:
As reported by Samuel Luckhurst, Donny Van De Beek is in talks to leave Manchester United on a permanent deal this summer.
Real Sociedad are the club interested in Van De Beek. A loan has been discussed but talks over a permanent deal are also underway.
United hope to sign Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina and need money from the sale of Van De Beek or Fred to sanction a deal. Fred is likely to leave United this week.
Van De Beek is extremely likely to join Sociedad at this stage if a deal can be reached between the two clubs. The Dutch midfielder is ready to play regular first-team football.
The clear out has began at United, and Donny Van De Beek is unlikely to be at the club beyond this summer.
