Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly offered their star man Harry Kane a massive new contract to try and convince the England international to stay at the club.
Bundesliga Champions Bayer Munich have a strong interest in Kane and have already had an offer rejected by Spurs hence why the North London club have offered him a new deal in an attempt to fend off the interest from Bayern.
However that interest is not going to die down anytime soon as Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel is besotted by Kane and wants him to lead the line whilst Kane is also allegedly quite fond of the idea of moving to Germany.
The new contract offer would increase his current £200,000 a week wage by a lot but the 29-year-old has no instant desire to agree to sign it which would hint at the fact he is wanting to leave the club.
Spurs insist that Kane is not for sale and hope that he sees that his long-term future should be in the Premier League but he is yet to win a trophy in his professional career so it is clear to see why he is interested in moving to Bayern.
Ange Postecoglou will also hope that his new sides most important player won’t leave before he has a chance to coach him as if he does a replacement will be needed in a already busy transfer window for the former Celtic manager.
