West Ham United striker Jarrod Bowen is on Liverpool’s list of potential replacements should Mohamed Salah move to Saudi this summer according to a report.

The Egyptian has been the target of speculation regarding his future over recent weeks despite his agent taking to Twitter to deny his client had any interest in leaving Liverpool this year.

After Liverpool’s brilliant 2-1 win over Newcastle United on Sunday, Jurgen Klopp reiterated his stance that his talisman was not for sale. That does not seem to have deterred interest from Al-Ittihad however with claims earlier today that they are prepared to offer a package of €150million for the 31-year-old.

Whilst it seems extremely unlikely that Liverpool would sanction a move for Salah, reports have suggested that they are drawing up a contingency list of options.

According to FootballTransfers, one of the players on that list is a player with Premier League experience, West Ham’s in-form striker Jarrod Bowen.

The Englishman has been linked with the Reds in the past and admitted that he bases a lot of his game on Salah himself. West Ham, like Liverpool however, are not likely to entertain such a move so late in the window.
