Manchester United’s Marc Jurado is now close to returning to Barcelona. United signed Jurado from Barcelona in 2020, and the player is now on the verge of a return. It will be a blow to United, who had high hopes in the Spaniard.
Jurado is said to miss living in Spain, and a move to see him return is said to be close. He was not in the United squad today at any level. Academy or senior.
United are likely to receive a fee for the sale of the youngster.
Marc Jurado Set To Leave:
As reported by The Academy Scoop, Manchester United defender Marc Jurado is on the verge of joining Barcelona. He signed for United from Barcelona in 2020.
Jurado signed for United in the same summer as Alejandro Garnacho and Alvaro Fernandez, but looks to be the first of the three to leave.
The Spaniard is home sick, with Barcelona set to offer him a route home. He is all but ready to rejoin La Masia in the next few days or weeks.
Jurado will be someone United did not want to lose so soon in his development. The club will be hoping they don’t lose hold of Alvaro Fernandez too, who could join Granada on loan in the coming days.
A blow for United, with Jurado set to leave permanently.
