Reports have circulated over the last few days about Raphael Varane joining Al Ittihad, but it has been revealed there is no substance to them reports.
Varane is happy at Manchester United and is focused on the upcoming season. The French defender is content with life at the Red’s and believes the club can win some silverware this season.
Al Ittihad have little to no chance of signing the World Cup winner.
As reported by The United Stand, Manchester United defender Raphael Varane will not be joining Saudi League side Al Ittihad.
The links have been strong in recent days bit they have now been put to bed. Varane will stay at United. The only possible defensive departure remains Harry Maguire, but even that looks unlikely.
United would have been at a huge loss without Varane, who is their top scorer this season. The French defender is not easy to replace, especially two weeks before the end of the window.
The Red’s are expected to focus on new central defenders in 2024, but for now they’re very content with Varane. He is also very content in Manchester.
