Manchester United now expect the sale of midfielder Fred to advance next week. The Brazilian will 100% leave the club in this transfer window.
Fred has interest from a number of clubs around Europe and even in the Saudi League. United are open to the sale as they try and raise money for Sofyan Amrabat.
Rasmus Hojlund is expected to take Fred’s number 17 shirt at United.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United expect the sale of Fred to advance next week. He will leave Manchester United.
The Brazilian has interest from Saudi Arabia and Premier League interest from Fulham. A move to Galatasaray is unlikely at this time.
United are hoping the money raised from the sale of Fred can go towards Sofyan Amrabat. The Fiorentina midfielder is awaiting United’s approach. He has already given the club the green light.
Donny Van De Beek remains in talks with Real Sociedad over a move. There is a high chance both midfielders leave in the coming days.
Fred is now closer than ever to leaving Manchester United.
