Manchester United are now exploring the market to sign a new second goalkeeper, as talks with Crystal Palace over Dean Henderson continue.Â
Tom Heaton is not expected to be United’s second goalkeeper this season. The club are now looking at signing a new player to try and play as understudy to Andre Onana.
Dean Henderson is now fully expected to leave Manchester United this summer.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United are now exploring the market to sign a new second goalkeeper.
Dean Henderson is looking likely to join Crystal Palace, as talks continue between the two clubs. At the moment the option on the table is a loan with an option to buy.
United are now actively looking into the market to try and find a solution for the season. Zion Suzuki was an option earlier in the window, but he joined a club in the Belgian League instead.
The Red’s loaned two goalkeepers last season and they may think about doing the same this summer. One keeper the club have been linked to is Altay Bayindir from Fenerbache. He would cost United £5million.
