Manchester United are open to selling Fred this summer and the Brazilian has already had a host of clubs interested in him. Fulham have a keen admiration for Fred, but the Saudi League has also been trying to gain his signature.
Galatasaray also had an approach for Fred rejected last night by United. The numbers involved were deemed to low. United are hoping for around  £15-20million for the midfielder this summer.
Reports are now suggesting Fred is in discussions with Saudi club Al Hilal.
Fred In Talks With Al Hilal:
As reported by Saudi journalist Mohammed Handi, Al Hilal are in talks with Manchester United midfielder Fred. No offer has been made to United as of yet.
Fred is one of the players United are open to selling this summer. With one-year left on his deal, the club would rather gain a fee now instead of losing him for free next summer. Al Hilal are not alone in their interest.
Fulham have been one of the clubs interested for a number of months. It’s felt that if they provide an offer for Fred that suits United financially, he would be more open to staying in the Premier League.
Galatasaray may also come back in for Fred in the coming days. United deemed their offer of around £5-8million too low. The Red’s are unlikely to entertain any bids below £15million for a player who had a great season last year.
If Fred does leave United will look to bring another midfielder in. Sofyan Amrabat is one of the top names on the list. The Moroccan would cost £30million.
