Manchester United are now set to buy Fenerbache goalkeeper Altay Bayindir for £4.3million from Fenerbache. Bayindir is being brought in to challenge Andre Onana and replace Dean Henderson. Henderson will complete a move to Crystal Palace tomorrow.
Bayindir is already in Carrington ahead of the move. He arrived this morning after certain parts of the medical were completed during the week.
It will be United’s fourth summer signings.
United Set To Sign Bayindir:
As reported by Simon Stone, Manchester United are now set to buy Altay Bayindir from Fenerbache from £4.3million.
Dean Henderson’s move to Palace will be completed tonight. An agreement is in place between club. Henderson will travel to London tonight and undergo a medical tomorrow.
It’s not currently known whether the deal is permanent or on loan with an obligation to buy. Both options have been discussed.
Bayindir will replace Henderson. The signing is all but done, pending Henderson completing his move to Palace officially.
Sofyan Amrabat is set to be next for United.
