Moises Caicedo has now informed Liverpool of his desire to only move to Chelsea this summer, in one of the shocks of the transfer window.
Liverpool had agreed a £110million fee for the Brighton midfielder last night but the player has had second thoughts on joining the Red’s. He has now informed them of his desire to join Chelsea.
Chelsea will now send another bid to Brighton to get the deal done.

Liverpool had a deal agreed and a medical booked but Caicedo has decided he does not want to jonin the Red’s.
Chelsea will now send another bid to Brighton to get a deal done for the midfielder. The bid will have to be over £110million, which will be another British record fee.
The Brighton midfielder has been in talks with Chelsea for a long time and has decided to keep his word to join the club. Liverpool are now expected to pull out.
