Leeds United Tyler Adams will reportedly join Premier League side Bournemouth after he was linked with a move to Liverpool.
The American international was part of the Leeds United side last season who were relegated after they had three managers in the campaign.
Adams joined from German side RB Leipzig and was highly thought of when he joined the club.
He put in some good performances even though Leeds went down and due to having a relegation release clause he has been linked to several clubs.
Liverpool were one of them as they looked for a defensive midfielder to come into the side after losing Fabinho and Jordan Henderson.
However they never made a move for Adams with it looking very likely that he would join Chelsea after they activated the clause but due to the Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia transfer sagas Chelsea dropped their interest even though there was medicals lined up.
Nevertheless though Adams will be back in the Premier League this season as Bournemouth, who Liverpool face in their next league game, have snapped him up on a five-year deal.
The Cherries got a point in their first game of the season against West Ham and will be hoping that they can do the same at Anfield.
Adams, 24, could be announced on the day of the game whilst Liverpool will be hoping that their new midfield signing Watuaru Endo will have signed in time to play in the fixture.
