Despite a delay in Rasmus Hojlund’s move to Manchester United, the striker has now completed his medical.
United expect the deal to be announced by the weekend, with Hojlund hopefully featuring in one of the pre-season games. The Red’s play Lens on Saturday, and Athletic Bilbao on Sunday in Dublin.
Hojlund was Erik ten Hag’s first choice striker this summer.
As reported by Samuel Luckhurst, Rasmus Hojlund has finally completed his Manchester United medical.
Hojlund arrived into England later than planned, which meant a delay in his medical and announcement. The medical is now done.
The Danish striker is now waiting for his VISA to be approved before the club can officially announce him as a Manchester United player.
United have now made three summer signings, with Hojlund joining Mason Mount and Andre Onana in the first-team squad.
Hojlund will sign a five-year deal at United, with the option of a further year.
