Manchester United have finally got a deal for Rasmus Hojlund over the line. The Danish striker has signed his contract at the club, which is a five-year deal with the option of one more.
There was a delay to the medical and contract signing of Hojlund which left many United fans frustrated but the deal is now finalised.
Hojlund is expected to be announced before the game against Lens on Saturday at Old Trafford.
Rasmus Hojlund Signs Manchester United Contract:
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Rasmus Hojlund has signed his Manchester United contract and will be unveiled before the friendly against Lens on Saturday.
United agreed a deal with Atalanta for Hojlund last week worth £64million plus add-ons, and Hojlund has now sealed the deal by signing his contract.
Erik ten Hag made Hojlund a priority after it was made aware United couldn’t sign Harry Kane this summer. The Dutchman see’s the Dane as the perfect modern day striker.
United play Lens on Saturday at Old Trafford and the plan now is the unveil Hojlund before the game to the United faithful. It’s unknown as of now whether he will play a part.
The Red’s finally have a striker, and his name is Rasmus Hojlund.
