Bayern Munich’s second bid for Harry Kane arrived on the doorstep for Tottenham in the last few hours, but it’s not expected to be accepted. Spurs are likely to hold out for much more than that for Kane.

The German champions are keen on signing Kane but their initial bid was rejected outright by Daniel Levy. The feeling around this second bid is already the same despite the bid barely having time to register in the minds of those at Spurs.

Daniel Levy is not thought to be willing to sell for under £100million.

Spurs Expected To Reject Bayern Bid:

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the feeling is that Bayern’s second bid for Harry Kane will be rejected. The fee is not enough for Spurs at this time.

Harry Kane is open to a move to Bayern but Spurs are not willing to let him leave. Bayern are without a recognised number nine and have identified Kane as their prime target.

Manchester United are interested in Kane but they were told at the start of the window £100million or nothing. The fee is likely to be lower for Bayern outside of the Premier League, but not as low as £68million.

No official answer has been sent by Spurs back to Bayern as of yet. They are unlikely to accept the bid, but another bid from Bayern is anticipated. £80million could be enough to turn the head of Tottenham.

Kane wants to win trophies before the end of his career and playing for Bayern almost guarantees trophies. The chance to play under Thomas Tuchel also gives the player a chance at winning a Champions League.

Bayern await the answer from Spurs.
