Moyes, a former United boss wants to bring Maguire to the club this summer. Despite early contacts that make a deal seem impossible – Moyes is more than keen.
The Scotsman wants to find a way to strike a deal with United before the window closes. United will continue to demand a high fee for their former captain in the window.
West Ham Want to Sign Maguire
A new report claims that Moyes and West Ham want to strike a deal before the window closes. Having sold Declan Rice, the Hammers do have money to spend.
According to the report from West Ham Football; “David Moyes is still keen on Harry Maguire and wants to find a way to do a deal with Manchester United this summer.”
United still seem set to demand around £30million for the centre back. West Ham are also looking at the opportunity to strike a deal for Scott McTominay.
The Red Devils could include both players in a deal for a slightly reduced fee. It benefits all parties – from players to both clubs.
